conditions:
Breeding stud fee shall be $2000 usd. , $1500 for approved non-Gypsy
mares,
which includes the first collection and
shipping of semen only.
Stud fee is due before collection and
shipping of semen.
If subsequent collections and shipments
are needed the mare owner will be responsible for
collection
and shipping costs. All semen will be evaluated by Peterson&Smith reproduction facility
before
shipping and deemed acceptable for insemination.
D’Jango Jazz is collected at
Peterson&Smith can be reached at

Semen is offered as AI on site at
This contract contains a live foal
guarantee in which after loss of a pregnancy by said mare the mare
owner
may have said mare reinseminated by D’jango Jazz
plus shipping and collection
costs.
Mare owner ensures that insemination
will be performed by vet or skilled technician.
Tests for negative uterine cultures by
mare owners are recommended before insemination.
At least one days notice is required for
shipment of semen.
Mare owner guarantees that the semen
will only be used on the mare specified in this contract for one foal.
Any unused semen will be
destroyed.
We will offer semen for insemination of
above mare only, semen will not be used for
embryo
production using recipient
mares.
Mare owner will ensure that the mare is
examined by a veterinarian at or around two and six weeks
after insemination and notify The Pelton
Vanners if conception has occurred.
Mare owner will ensure mare receives all
necessary veterinary care, vaccinations and deworming
during
pregnancy.
In the event The Pelton Vanners stallion D’jango Jazz becomes unfit for service, stud
fee
will be returned to mare owner less
collection/shipping/mare fees and contract becomes void.
The Pelton Vanners is not responsible
for failures in semen delivery outside of their immediate
control.
The Pelton Vanners reserves the right to
cancel this agreement with stud fee returned to the mare
owner
less collection/shipping
fees.
Mare owner has the right to cancel this
agreement before conception of said mare with stud fee
returned
less collection/shipping/mare
fees.
